Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. Mazola oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 15 oz. jar Baker's poppy seed filling
Method
- Place sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla in large bowl and beat well.
- Sift together flour, soda and salt and add to first mixture, alternately with milk and poppy seed mixture.
- Bake in ungreased 10-inch tube pan at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Invert on cake rack to cool.
- Dust with powdered sugar.
