Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Method
- Beat eggs until light.
- Add milk and butter.
- Stir in flour and salt.
- Beat until smooth.
- Mixture should look like heavy cream.
- Add more milk, if necessary.
- Fill buttered muffin pans to 1/3 full.
- Bake 20 minutes at 450°.
- Reduce heat to 350° and bake 20 minutes more or until done.
- Makes 8 to 12.
