Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
- 1/2 c. water or milk
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Mix hamburger, liquid, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper. Flatten meat
- mixture
- in
- square
- pan and cover with waxed paper.
- Refrigerate
- for
- 1 hour.
- Cut meat into serving size. Turn in
- flour
- and
- place pieces in a baking pan.
- Pour soup over the
- meat.
- Bake
- at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
- Time of preparation: 2 hours.
