Ingredients
- 3 lb. chicken wings or drummettes
- 1/4 c. light or dark brown sugar
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp. frozen pineapple juice concentrate
- 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
Method
- Combine all ingredients except chicken.
- Add chicken and coat well.
- Cover and chill overnight.
- Turn pieces.
- Heat oven to 350°. Line large baking sheet with foil.
- Arrange wings on sheet.
- Bake approximately 1 hour, turning after 30 minutes.
- May be served hot or cold.
