Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chicken wings or drummettes
  • 1/4 c. light or dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. frozen pineapple juice concentrate
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped garlic

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except chicken.
  • Add chicken and coat well.
  • Cover and chill overnight.
  • Turn pieces.
  • Heat oven to 350°. Line large baking sheet with foil.
  • Arrange wings on sheet.
  • Bake approximately 1 hour, turning after 30 minutes.
  • May be served hot or cold.
