Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 3 eggs, boiled with potatoes
- 2 to 3 celery stalks, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 c. mayonnaise (more if you like it wet)
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. pickle relish
Method
- Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until just past crunch. Boil eggs with potatoes.
- Drain and rinse.
- Mix all together; sprinkle paprika on top.
- Chill, but can eat warm.
