Ingredients
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1/2 pound butter
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- Any prepared fruit jam apricot, raspberry, strawberry, etc.
Method
- Cream butter and butter; add in lowfat sour cream and beat together then add in egg yolk and mix again.
- Add in flour a little at a time and mix well.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough and cut into squares of 3 inches.
- Place dollop of jam filling in center of square and fold all corners to center.
- Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 22 to 28 min till lightly browned.
- When cold, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
