Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Method
- Combine butter, sugar, flour and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended; stir in pecans. Form into one-inch balls; arrange on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while still hot.
