- 2 c. chicken, cooked
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tbsp. onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 c. catsup
- pocket bread
Method
- Cook onion in small amount of margarine with garlic.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, stirring until well blended.
- Spoon into pocket bread that has been cut in half.
