Ingredients

  • 1 Egg (per person)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Oil
  • 1 Serving of Cooked Rice (or left over rice from Chinese Take-Out)
  • Soy Sauce
  • (Optional) Seasame Seeds or Tarako Furikake (Which is like Dried Nori, Seasame Seeds, and Miscellaneous Seasoning) for garnishing

Method

  • Cook up some rice, or re-heat some old rice if thats your situation
  • Heat up pan, add oil, and fry egg sunny side up.
  • (Optional) Sprinkle on the Seasame Seeds or the Tarako Furikake (I happen to have this lying around) on the warmed rice.
  • Slap the egg on the rice, add soy sauce according to your tastes.
