Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, melted
  • 1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped ripe green olives
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 small (4 oz.) can green chives
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 1/2 lb. butter, melted
  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 3 or 4 pkg. Brown 'N Serve rolls

Method

  • Mix all ingredients, except Brown 'N Serve rolls.
  • Cut Brown 'N Serve rolls into half and pinch out centers and add half of the centers to the mixture and mix well.
  • Then fill centers of the rolls with the mixture.
  • Then bake as usual until rolls are brown. Then put others together and put back in package in freezer.
