- 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, melted
- 1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 small (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped ripe green olives
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 small (4 oz.) can green chives
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 1/2 lb. butter, melted
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 3 or 4 pkg. Brown 'N Serve rolls
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except Brown 'N Serve rolls.
- Cut Brown 'N Serve rolls into half and pinch out centers and add half of the centers to the mixture and mix well.
- Then fill centers of the rolls with the mixture.
- Then bake as usual until rolls are brown. Then put others together and put back in package in freezer.
