Ingredients

  • 8 oz. egg noodles
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. diced green pepper
  • 1/4 c. diced celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pizza sauce
  • 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced
  • crushed potato chips (garnish)

Method

  • Cook the noodles. Brown the ground beef. Add the green pepper, celery and soup. Simmer until all vegetables are nearly done.
  • Mix noodles with the meat mix and add the pizza sauce.
  • Put this in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Top with the cheese. Garnish with the potato chips. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
