Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 c. nuts (optional)
Method
- Combine the flour, butter and nuts until crumbly.
- Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan (sprayed with Pam) and bake at 350° for 18 to 22 minutes.
- Cool.
