Ingredients
- 3/4 cup fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup uncooked couscous
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup dry-roasted pistachios, chopped
Method
- Bring broth, 1/3 cup water, and oil to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir in couscous; cover, remove from heat, and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork. Stir in onions. Sprinkle with pistachios.
