Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (18-1/4) white cake mix
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 c. Seven-Up
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- In a
- mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients.
- Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in pecans. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on a wire
