Ingredients

  • 4 whole Lemons, Sliced
  • 4 whole Oranges, Sliced
  • 4 cups, 3 tablespoons, 1-7/8 teaspoons, 1/4 pinches Club Soda
  • 4 bottles Sparkling Apple Cider (25.4 Oz Each)
  • 2 cans Frozen Pink Lemonade Concentrate (12 Oz Each)

Method

  • Slice fruit and put it into a Ziplock baggie in the freezer overnight. (The fruit will serve as ice cubes, causing the punch not to be diluted).
  • Chill the club soda and cider beforehand.
  • Before serving, allow pink lemonade to thaw out a bit.
  • When ready to serve, pour all ingredients (club soda, cider and lemonade concentrate) into a big punch bowl and lightly stir together. Top with frozen citrus fruit.
