Ingredients

  • 1 head broccoli, cut up
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut up
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 14 cup red onion, chopped
  • 12 cup craisins
  • 12 cup almonds, sliced
  • 1 12 cups mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar
  • 12 cup sugar

Method

  • Blend together mayo, vinegar, and sugar and set aside.
  • Stir the rest of the ingredients into a large bowl.
  • Add the sauce you set aside and stir well.
  • Let set in fridge for a day or so to let flavors meld.
  • Stir a couple times while it sits.
