Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. vanilla wafers
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 9 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 pt. whipped cream
Method
- Crush wafers; place 1/2 in bottom of 8 x 8-inch pan.
- Cream butter with sugar.
- Add eggs one at
- time; beat until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into pan.
- Drain pineapple; add to whipped cream. Pour into pan.
- Sprinkle with crumbs.
- Place in refrigerator overnight.
