Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 3 sweet potatoes
- 12 large prunes
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- juice of 1 lemon
- 6 slices pineapple
- salt
- 12 cloves
- 1/4 c. pineapple juice
Method
- Brown pork chops in fat.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Peel potatoes and halve.
- Rub with lemon juice and place on pork chops.
- Press 1 clove into each prune.
- Arrange prunes and pineapple on potatoes. Add pineapple juice; cover and cook on high until steaming.
- Turn to low for 45 minutes.
