Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lime jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 2/3 c. crushed pineapple with juice
- 1/2 c. fine cut celery
- 1/2 c. Cool Whip
Method
- Mix jello in water; stir until dissolved.
- Add cheese and beat until cheese is blended.
- Chill until slightly set, then add pineapple and celery.
- Fold in whip cream.
- Chill.
- Ready to serve.
