Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (2 ounce) packagesugar free lime gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 12 cup chopped pecans
Method
- drain pineapple reserving juice and set aside.
- In a medium bowl stir in gelatin and boiling for 2 minutes.
- stir in pineapple juice.
- stir in cream cheese until blended.
- stir in pineapple and celery until combined.
- pour into a 2 quart baking dish.
- Top with pecans and chill 3 hours.
