- 1 Pineapple
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Mint leaves
- 1/4 cup Shredded coconut
Method
- Cut your pineapple into chunks. Smash the mint and sugar together in a mortar until the sugar turns green. Coat the pineapple with the mix and sprinkle the coconut on top. Serve immediately.
