Ingredients
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Method
- Over low heat, cook the pineapple, egg, sugar and flour until thick.
- Cool.
- Stir well.
- Fold in Cool Whip and softened cream cheese.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
