Ingredients
- 1 pineapple peel, crown, scraps
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 knob of ginger
- Water, enough to cover
Method
- Place everything in a medium pot and pour in your water. Set the heat up to medium-low, and let it simmer for about 25 minutes. Cover the pot with a lid and let it infuse for 20 more minutes.
- Then just strain everything into a jar and place it in the fridge until cold. You can also drink it hot, it's very delicious.
