Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 small (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 c. chopped nuts (reserve 1 c.)
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 tsp. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Divide into two balls.
- Roll in cup of nuts.
- Chill overnight for easier rolling.
