Ingredients
- 1 Duncan Hines butter recipe cake mix
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 can cream of coconut
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 large Cool Whip
- 1 large sour cream (16 oz.)
- 2 c. sifted powdered sugar
Method
- Make cake as instructed.
- Mix Eagle Brand milk and cream of coconut together.
- Pour over hot cake.
- Cool cake.
- Drain pineapple, spread over cake.
- Mix together Cool Whip, sour cream and powdered sugar.
- Spread over cake and sprinkle with coconut. Cover tightly and keep refrigerated.
