Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. shortening
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. cold water
Method
- Place flour and salt in bowl.
- With fork, cut in shortening, until the size of small peas.
- Sprinkle water in until moist firm ball.
- Flatten and roll from center to edge.
- Place in pan, cut edges with knife. Pinch edge.
- Fill.
