Ingredients
- 3 whole Tomatoes
- 1 whole Medium Brown Onion
- 1 whole Fresh Jalapeno Pepper
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Kosher Salt
Method
- Wash all of the vegetables.
- Dice the tomato and onion, finely dice the jalapeno, mince the cilantro.
- Add all ingredients onto a medium bowl.
- Add lemon juice and salt, mix well and refrigirate for 30 minutes.
- Serve with chips and enjoy!
