Ingredients
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. mixed pickling spice
- 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
Method
- Simmer all ingredients (except eggs) in saucepan for 10 minutes.
- Place eggs in large mouth jar and cover with hot mixture.
- Refrigerate several hours.
