Ingredients
- 5 qt. ripe tomatoes
- 5 onions, chopped
- 18 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 8 tsp. salt
- 6 tsp. garlic salt
Method
- Combine all and cook slowly until tomatoes are done, 30 to 45 minutes.
- Makes 6 to 7 pints.
