Ingredients
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. drippings (bacon, ham, sausage, etc.)
Method
- Brown flour in drippings.
- Add salt, pepper and milk.
- Stir until thick.
- If you like thicker gravy, use 1 tablespoon flour when browning in drippings.
- Yields 1 cup of gravy.
