- 1 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh parsely (or 1/2 tsp dried)
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- optional:
- 3 dashes tobasco or 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes for heat
Method
- Wisk all ingredients together.
- Add meat to a large freezer bag and pour marinade in. Seal and put in fridge. Keep in fridge 1 to 5 hours before grilling. Remove from liquid and grill.
