Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp fresh parsely (or 1/2 tsp dried)
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  • optional:
  • 3 dashes tobasco or 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes for heat

Method

  • Wisk all ingredients together.
  • Add meat to a large freezer bag and pour marinade in. Seal and put in fridge. Keep in fridge 1 to 5 hours before grilling. Remove from liquid and grill.
