Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon black pepper melange, coarsely ground
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons horseradish prepared
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 1/2 pounds beef, sirloin steak boneless
Method
- Combine the pepper, garlic, salt, horseradish and olive oil; rub onto surface o f steak.
- Refrigerate, covered, 30 to 60 minutes.
- Heat broiler; broil steak 5 inches from heat until medium-rare (11-13 minutes per side) or until internal temperature reaches 145 -150 degrees on instant read thermometer.
- Let stand 5 minutes; slice half of steak across grain 1/4 inch thick.
- Serve immediately.
