Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. cracked pepper
  • 3 oz. uncooked strip steak
  • 2 tsp. reduced-calorie margarine
  • 3 tsp. beef flavored bouillon
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. noodles
  • 2 tsp. reduced-calorie margarine
  • sliced tomatoes
  • sliced onion
  • 1 tsp. reduced-calorie salad dressing

Method

  • Press cracked pepper into both sides of steak; saute with 2 teaspoons margarine in a nonstick skillet.
  • Add noodles, 2 teaspoons margarine, tomatoes, onion and reduced-calorie salad dressing.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Cook, covered, for 10 minutes, or until done.
