Ingredients
- 2 c. rice, cooked
- 1 lb. round steak, trimmed
- 2 pkg. brown gravy mix (1 c. size)
- 2 medium bell peppers, cut in strips
- 1 large onion, cut in strips
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Cut steak in strips.
- Brown quickly in oil.
- Drain on paper towel.
- In skillet, place gravy mix, adding extra cup of water. Place steak, peppers and onion in gravy mix; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low.
- Simmer 30 minutes.
- Prepare rice as directed on package.
- Pour gravy and steak mix over rice.
