Ingredients
- 12 red hot peppers
- 12 green hot peppers
- 12 green sweet peppers
- 12 red sweet peppers
- 15 medium onions, chopped
- 3 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 pt. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Remove seeds from all peppers.
- Combine vegetables and cover with cold water.
- Cook 5 minutes; drain.
- Add sugar, vinegar and salt.
- Cook 15 minutes.
- Put in jar and seal.
