Ingredients
- 6 red peppers
- 6 green peppers
- 4 medium onions
- 1 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 3/4 c. sugar or white syrup
- hot water
Method
- Grind peppers and onions medium fine.
- Place in saucepan with hot water to cover.
- Simmer 15 minutes.
- Drain.
- Add vinegar and sugar with salt and celery seed.
- Cook 15 minutes over slow fire. Cool and serve.
