Ingredients
- 12 oz. deli corned beef
- 1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
- 1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut
- 1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 6 slices rye bread, cubed
Method
- Tear beef into bite size pieces and place into buttered 2-quart casserole.
- Spread on dressing.
- Drain sauerkraut and place on top of beef.
- Add cheese.
- Top with bread cubes, which have been tossed with butter.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350° or until hot and bubbly.
- Serves 6.
