Ingredients
- 6 slices Pecorino, 3/4-inch (1 cm) thick
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 c. (4 fl. oz./125 ml) extra virgin oil
Method
- Trim the rind from the cheese.
- Lay the slices on a very hot grill and cook on both sides until grill marks show.
