Ingredients
- 4 large or 5 small eggs
- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
- 3/4 c. dark corn syrup
- 3/4 stick margarine, melted
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Beat
- eggs
- slightly.
- Beat
- in
- by hand, sugar, syrup, melted margarine, salt, vanilla and chopped pecans.
- Pour into two unbaked pie shells and bake at 325° for 40 to 50 minutes.
