Ingredients
- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Place pecans in unbaked pie shell.
- Mix syrup, sugar and eggs together.
- Add melted margarine and vanilla.
- Pour mixture over pecans.
- Place in 400° oven and bake for 10 minutes.
- Then reduce heat to 300° and continue baking for 30 minutes.
