Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Mix all ingredients except pecans with hand mixer; put one cup chopped pecans in pie shell.
- Pour mixture in pie shell.
- Bake 15 minutes at 375°; lower temperature to 350° and bake another 20 or 30 minutes until pie sets.
