Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. white corn syrup
- 3 eggs, beaten separately
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans
Method
- Cream sugar and oleo. Add syrup, beaten eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Stir in pecans and pour in unbaked pie crust. Bake at approximately 275° for 45 minutes.
