Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 egg
Method
- Grease bottom and side of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Reserve 2/3 cup cake mix for filling.
- In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, butter and egg.
- Mix until moist.
- Press into prepared pan.
- Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes until light golden brown.
- Meanwhile, prepare filling.
- Pour over partially baked crust.
- Sprinkle with 1 cup chopped pecans.
