Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 6 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 6 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Cream
- butter
- and
- sugar until light.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Sift
- together
- dry ingredients.
- Blend into creamed mixture.
- Stir in nuts.
- Drop from teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375° about 10 minutes.
- Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
