Ingredients
- 3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. white syrup
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 or 4 c. pecans
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Melt 1 cup sugar and corn syrup.
- Add milk, then add rest of sugar.
- Cook on low temperature until it forms firm ball (245° on thermometer).
- Add vanilla, butter and nuts.
- Pour on buttered wax paper or foil.
