Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen green peas
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. fine chopped onion
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Cook and drain peas.
- Drain water chestnuts.
- Combine peas and chestnuts with soup, onions and cheese.
- Pour into lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serves 6 to 8.
