Ingredients
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can pears (reserve 1 c. liquid)
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon-flavored gelatin
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. whipping cream
Method
- Drain juice from pears and reserve 1 cup of liquid.
- Bring the juice to a boil on high heat.
- Remove from heat and add lemon jello.
- Chill until partially set.
