Ingredients
- 1 baked pie shell
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 container Cool Whip
Method
- Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter together until crumbly. Reserve 1 tablespoon.
- Press remaining mixture into pie shell.
- Mix pudding with milk until thick.
- Spoon over peanut butter mixture. Spoon Cool Whip on top.
- Sprinkle with reserved peanut butter mixture on top of Cool Whip.
