Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 2 (9-inch) graham cracker crusts
Method
- Whip cream cheese until fluffy.
- Add peanut butter and whip. Add sugar and continue beating; when blended gradually add milk. When blended, fold in Cool Whip.
- Pour into 2 (9-inch) graham cracker crusts and freeze.
