Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. softened margarine
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
  • 1 c. raisins

Method

  • Cream together the oleo, peanut butter and sugars until smooth and creamy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla.
  • Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir into creamed mixture. Blend in oats and raisins.
  • Drop batter about 2-inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes until browned.
